High Cotton sells pajamas, personalized scents, laundry detergents, and more. The website features a simple design with an aesthetic color palette.
While the website looks nice, there are a few usability issues. Due to High Cotton selling so many products it can be overwhelming and results in cognitive overload. It also causes difficulties when trying to locate a certain product through their navigation. In this case study I will make recommendations for their website.
